At THE HOUR EGYPT, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products. Every order is eligible for inspection upon delivery, allowing customers to inspect the product before accepting it.

Returns

As inspection is available at the time of delivery, we do not accept returns after the order has been received, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.

If a customer decides not to accept the order during inspection, the item must be returned immediately with the courier. In this case, the customer is obligated to pay the courier return fee of 85 EGP directly to the courier.

Manufacturing Defects

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects that were present before delivery and were not caused by the customer.

The following conditions apply:

  • The defect must be reported within 72 hours of the delivery date.
  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect must be provided.
  • The reported defect must be determined by THE HOUR EGYPT to be a manufacturing defect and not the result of misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or any damage caused by the customer after delivery.
  • After review and confirmation of a manufacturing defect, a replacement, exchange, or refund will be provided at the sole discretion of THE HOUR EGYPT.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.
