Conditions for Return or Exchange
- Defects must be reported within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Clear proof of the defect (photos or video) is required.
- After review and confirmation of a manufacturing defect, a refund, replacement, or exchange will be issued at management's discretion.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers have the right to inspect the product upon delivery. If the item does not match the agreed specifications, it may be refused at the time of delivery without any financial obligation.
